An ALDG reseller is much more than a point of sale. It becomes the regional extension of a Canadian manufacturer specializing in aluminum systems for residential and commercial projects.

Thanks to a structured network, contractors benefit from local access to products, sales support, and a direct link to ALDG's technical and manufacturing teams.

A developing Canadian network

From its head office in Gatineau, its manufacturing hub in Drummondville, and its expansion into Western Canada, ALDG builds alliances with resellers capable of representing its products with rigor and professionalism.

What does an authorized ALDG reseller do?

  • Advise clients on the selection of suitable solutions;
  • present and distribute ALDG product families;
  • coordinate requests, orders, and supply;
  • support contractors and installers in their territory;
  • maintain a direct link between the client, the job site, and the manufacturer.

Complete aluminum solutions

The network provides access to KONA railings, the SKYRise system, aluminum decks, M105 and M110 steps, stringers, structures, columns, privacy screens, and ALDG finishing accessories.

These solutions are developed to combine design, performance, safety, durability, and minimal maintenance.

A multidisciplinary technical team

ALDG brings together engineers, architectural technologists, project management technicians, project managers, as well as production, logistics, and technological integration specialists.

This team can intervene early in the project to analyze needs, prepare shop drawings, optimize components, and anticipate installation constraints. Depending on the mandate and jurisdiction, plans, calculations, anchorages, and configurations must be validated according to applicable requirements and may require the intervention of an authorized engineer.

Building code, engineering, and documentation

Products must be selected and installed according to their intended use, building height, loads, anchorages, and the requirements of the competent authority. In Canada, provinces and territories adopt the codes applicable to their jurisdiction. ALDG supports its partners with technical datasheets, shop drawings, installation recommendations, training documents, warranties, and project-specific support.

Why are these alliances essential?

A good alliance improves communication, facilitates planning, reduces the risk of errors, and brings manufacturing expertise closer to the job site. The reseller gains access to a team that can brainstorm with them and their clients, rather than just a product catalog.
